This past Friday as many of you have heard we received exciting news that our offer to purchase the property at 5264 Verona Road was accepted! Just like other accepted offers on various properties our offer is contingent upon a building and land inspection, a zoning approval as well as on our financing coming through.
Even though we were able to get an accepted offer at a very reasonable price we are still needing some significant money to come in for us to put in our down payment.
