Aaron Jozwiak
Elder & Full-Time Preaching Pastor
Aaron serves full time as the preaching pastor at Red Village Church. Aaron and his family moved to Madison in 2010 to start RVC. Aaron was married to Tia in 2004. They have 2 daughters, Madison (2006) and Avery (2009) and 1 son, Elijah (2011). Aaron received his Bachelor of Science in Human Development from UW Green Bay and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before attending seminary Aaron served as an associate pastor in Green Bay.
Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching Wisconsin sports. A few books that have been influential in his life include: Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis, Family Worship by Don Whitney, Christ-Centered Preaching by Brian Chappell, Nine Marks of a Healthy Church by Mark Dever, Good to Great by Jimmy Collins, Communion with God by John Owen, Lectures to My Students by Charles Spurgeon and The Conviction to Lead by Al Mohler.

Jay Tuck
RVC Elder
Jay Tuck is currently serving his second stint as a lay elder at RVC. He and his wife Katie have three children (Trey, Phoebe, and Junia) and have been attending RVC since mid-2010. They often joke that they were the “first adults” at RVC since we had so many college-aged kids starting off. He became a Christian at age 22 after a good friend gave him C.S. Lewis’ Mere Christianity (“Why didn’t anyone tell me about this?!?!,” he thought to himself).
Rob Fisher
RVC Elder

Aaron Decker
RVC Deacon
Aaron has been attending Red Village Church in 2014 and has been serving as a deacon since December 2019. He currently teaches at Charis Classical Academy and co-owns Strong Anchor Tech LLC, a software
consulting firm.
He has degrees in Software Engineering and Mathematics from UW-Platteville. A few books that have been influential in his life include: Life of Anthony by Athanasius, Eusebius’s Church History, and Calvin’s Institutes.
Dave Bollig
RVC Deacon
Dave has been attending RVC since 2020 and began serving as a deacon in 2022. Dave was blessed to be raised in a Christian home and is grateful for the influence this had on his faith in Jesus. Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Nikki, and four children, Emmett, Isabelle, Hannah and James. Dave co-owns a lawn care business with his dad and two brothers.
When he’s not working, he enjoys outdoor projects and activities with his family on their rural property. C.S. Lewis has been an influential author in Dave’s life.

Village Kids Director
Rachel serves as the Village Kids (Children’s Ministry) Director of Red Village Church. She and her husband Rob moved to Madison and began attending RVC in 2015. Rachel had received her BS in Nursing and worked as a nurse since 2014, but is currently enjoying her new line of work as a stay at home foster mom! Rob and Rachel became licensed foster parents in June of 2017, and began the wonderful, crazy road of parenthood.
Rachel enjoys spending time with family, all things outdoors, and drinking lots of coffee (especially while in the midst of good company). Some of her favorite books include The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom, Hinds’ Feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard, The Cost of Discipleship by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, and Surprised by Joy by C.S. Lewis.
Wes Grim
Pastoral Assistant
Wes Serves as pastoral assistant at Red Village Church. Wes is originally from Marsing, Idaho and moved to Madison in August 2020. Wes received a bachelors in Wildlife Ecology Management in Dec 2018 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies with emphasis in Intercultural Studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Wes believed in Jesus during his undergrad in 2015 and is passionate about equipping/encouraging college students towards Discipleship, Evangelism, and Missions. Wes got married to his beautiful wife Sierra Grim in April of 2019.
Wes loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and cooking. Some influencail leaders in his life include pastor Rich Wright, NMSU Christian Challenge director David Englehart, the IMB, and the following authors/leaders: Ben Stuart, Nabeel Qureshi, Brother Yun.
